Because of the desire to do multiple projects at once and in order to have a more open working environment, I have decided to disband the hybrid rocket committee and form a new committee to focus on any project we may want to pursue.

I'd like to see folks become experts in:
1. some work with composites. fiberglass and carbon fiber...
2. increased production of wooden parts. nosecones, transitions and fins
3. electronics, (construction and programming)
4. passive control (autonomous control surfaces)
5. radio tracking
6. painting and finishing
